The Production Engineer role is a career launch pad for engineers eager to apply and expand their manufacturing and chemical engineering experience. You will receive accelerated learning opportunities, immediate responsibility, and a chance to influence a wide range of processes and technologies. Working collaboratively, you’ll build expertise with seasoned colleagues, take on your own ideas, and lead projects while progressing through our Engineering Ladder from Production Engineer to senior leadership.

• Ensure products meet quality, cost, and efficiency requirements.
• Monitor day‑to‑day production results.
• Design, develop, and implement continuous process improvements.
• Assist with process troubleshooting and develop corrective action plans.
• Contribute to moderately complex project designs and manage elements of major projects.

• BSc in Chemical Engineering or related engineering field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of basic chemical unit operations.
• Relevant internships, placements, or work experience are beneficial but not essential.

The annual pay range for this position is $82,053.60 – $ and is bonus eligible. Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and fit with role responsibilities, with flexibility to discuss alignment during the interview process. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes:
