Responsibilities
- Generate business and manage electrical/specialty systems construction projects
- Oversee staff and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and profitability standards
- Network and maintain customer relationships
- Collaborate with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination
- Conduct employee performance reviews and coaching
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields (Construction Management, Project Management, Electrical Engineering, etc.) OR 5 years experience in the electrical field with 1 year of electrical estimating experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD preferred
Demonstrates expertise in managing electrical and specialty systems construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and profitability standards while fostering strong customer relationships and effective team performance.
