Industrial Engineering Technician II; Weekend Night Shift

Job Summary

Industrial Engineering Technician II supports the Industrial Engineering team in planning, designing, implementing, and managing integrated production and service delivery systems that ensure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence, and cost control within the manufacturing site. The primary focus of this role is assisting Industrial Engineers with maintaining facility layouts and managing data within Industrial Engineering systems.

Shift 4: Fri - Sun (6pm - 6am) - 15% differential

• Assist with preparing time studies and time estimates.
• Update Key Processes and process maps as directed by the Industrial Engineer.
• Update the Product-Process-Time database (IEDB) as directed by the Industrial Engineer, including but not limited to Bill of Materials (BOM) configurations and part master data.
• Enter configuration data into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) as directed by the Industrial Engineer, including but not limited to routes, steps, and process times.
• Ensure Jabil processes are standardized across the site in alignment with global, regional, and site requirements.
• Support Lean initiatives by maintaining accurate process data and ensuring data integrity to drive continuous improvement.
• Support and perform all lower-level Industrial Engineering duties and responsibilities as needed.
• Follow and comply with all company security policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred)
• Understanding and application of a broad range of industrial engineering tools (e.g., work measurement, process mapping, facility layout, and workstation design)
• Strong attention to detail when updating data and systems
• Basic analytical skills
• Basic communication skills
• Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office products; experience with Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD required.
