Validation Engineer II (Equipment/Process) — Memphis, TN
If you like being on the floor and bringing new processes to life, this is a great fit! As a Validation Engineer II, you’ll drive IQ/OQ/PQ for equipment and end-of-line processes supporting cleaning and sterile packaging, working cross-functionally to ensure launches are compliant, stable, and ready for customers and audits.
- Support new program launches (customer + regulatory requirements)
- Validate critical cleaning + sterile packaging processes
- Ensure processes are repeatable + sustainable on the floor
- Work with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, AME/ME
- Support launch execution priorities and timelines
- Train operators, troubleshoot, recommend parameters
- BS in Engineering
- 2–3+ years hands-on engineering experience (GMP/regulated preferred)
- Working knowledge of Minitab
