- Land Development to lead site development projects, coordinate staff, and serve as the primary client contact on a project-by-project basis.
You will direct planning and design production, manage RFIs and submittals, participate in public meetings, and ensure field compliance with plans. A Tennessee P.E. license and a civil engineering degree are required, with at least six years in land development and three years of project leadership.
