, you'll play a critical role in designing, programming, troubleshooting, and improving the automation systems that keep the operation running at peak performance.

• Program, troubleshoot, and optimize Allen-Bradley PLC systems.
• Support production by diagnosing and resolving controls, automation, and electrical issues.
• Improve machine reliability, uptime, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Design, modify, and implement PLC and HMI programming for new and existing equipment.
• Support equipment startups, installations, and commissioning activities.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, throughput, and reliability.
• Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Maintain and update electrical drawings, PLC documentation, and controls standards.
• Assist with capital improvement projects and automation upgrades.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field preferred.
• Experience programming and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs

• Experience with HMI systems, VFDs, industrial networking, and electrical controls.
• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Strong electrical and automation troubleshooting skills.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and control panel drawings.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and machine controls.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for automation.

$104,000–$126,000 base salary plus bonus
