This is a customer‑facing role with real earning potential and long‑term opportunity. You will be a key connector between customers and technicians, helping to keep the shop running smoothly while delivering a professional, positive experience from start to finish.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service visit
• Greet customers, listen carefully to their concerns, and accurately document vehicle needs
• Communicate closely with technicians to understand repair findings and translate technical information into clear and honest recommendations
• Present service options with confidence and transparency, provide timely updates, keep repair orders moving efficiently, and ensure all estimates, approvals, and invoices are properly documented in the system
• Participate in daily shop meetings to stay aligned, proactive, and focused on delivering a smooth, professional experience from drop‑off to vehicle delivery
• Use the shop’s system to track customer interactions, service details, and financial information accurately

• Compensation:
  Base salary plus commission based on gross profit (Realistic annual earnings of $45,000-$52,000)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays;
  Sundays always off

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of auto parts and mechanical systems
• Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities

• Experience in a dealership, service shop, or retail parts environment
• Familiarity with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar systems
• Experience with POS systems or parts catalogs
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
