Communications Agent Level 1

Essential Functions

• Provides exceptional service to customers.
• Conducts research and analysis of monitored locations.
• Processes alarm calls and dispatches first responders.
• Updates databases and maintains accuracy.
• Communicates with emergency personnel.
• Handles routine and emergency calls from company property and surrounding area.
• Coordinated appropriate response as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Five (5) Positions
• These positions will be located in Memphis, Tennessee.

• Relocation assistance is not available for these roles.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year experience in customer service, burglar/fire alarm monitoring, computer processing, emergency dispatch, customer account maintenance, or related field.

• Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Flexibility to work multiple and varying shifts based on business needs.
• Excellent human relations, organizational and communication skills.
• Must complete required training program.

Pay: $21.14/hr – $29.59/hr
