Job Summary

• Perform the load‑in & load‑out of band equipment and rental equipment.
• Secure required passes and tickets and prepare guest lists under the direction of the stage manager.
• Cable audio and lighting equipment as directed.
• Assist audio & lighting crew with set changes, stand‑up microphones, cables, fixtures, gels, and lambs.
• Ensure band members have required items needed to perform.
• Communicate event details to the production crew.
• Hang show banners, update marquees and other signage in the venue.
• Coordinate food trays for the band in the Music Hall.
• Assist lighting & audio crew as directed by the Stage Manager or Project Manager; operate spotlight if required.
• Maintain and repair sound, light and stage equipment; assist with show passes.
• Maintain and secure house back‑line and supplies; manage curtains, drapes, risers and other staging items.
• Assist audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.; assist lighting crew with fixtures, lamps, gels, cabling, etc.
• Operate and care for stage areas in a safe, clean manner.
• Assist with special events operations.
• Ensure stage trash is taken out, the stage is swept, or set up for the next show when possible.

• 3 years minimum tour and stage production experience.
• Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft applications.
• Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in an environment with moderate to loud noise level.
