Do you love driving cars? Meeting new people? Are you energetic and fast on your feet? Well then, we are looking for you. We are hiring Valet Attendants to welcome customers while parking their cars in a professional and responsible manner.
A LAZ Overnight Valet Attendant plays a significant role in the success of the company. The first and last people our clients see upon arrival and departure make a lasting impression.
Responsibilities- Park and retrieve cars efficiently and safely. Greet all customers by name, attend to their needs, and develop rapport.
- Help direct traffic to maintain a clean and organized flow of cars.
- Work independently or with minimal supervision, displaying a self‑reliant attitude.
- Promote excellent customer relations, going above and beyond to ensure customers love LAZ Parking.
- Dynamic, charismatic, energetic, and eager to help.
- Dependable and responsible; never disappoints.
- Good driver with a clean driving record; can operate a standard or manual transmission vehicle.
- Thrives under pressure; maintains composure in chaotic situations.
- Effective communicator with strong English reading, speaking, and writing skills.
- A team player open to different opinions and able to motivate teammates.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Parking industry experience preferred.
- Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.
- Professional and effective communication.
- Flexibility to work multiple facility locations.
- Capacity to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
- Self‑sufficient work style with independent decision making.
- Sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
- Work in all weather conditions.
- Lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
- Stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently during a shift.
