Battlefront Laser Tag And Paintball in Memphis, TN is looking for one game referee / party host to join our team. Our ideal candidate is:

- Must be available Saturdays and or Sundays.
- Loves the outdoors! We work outdoors 100% of the time.
- Checking In Groups - greeting customers, taking payments, making or modifying reservations
- Verifying Waivers are signed for each player
- Distribute Equipment
- Explain Safety Rules and Game Rules
- Take parties into the fields to play games
- Watch groups play so ensure everyone is safe and having fun
- Enforce field and game rules.
- Clean Gear and Grounds at the end of the day
Hours vary from 8am-7pm on Saturdays, and 12pm-7pm on Sundays. We do get some midweek play, but that varies from week to week. This is a part-time position. Full time hours are not available.
Pay Rate:$10-12 per hour is our starting field staff hourly rate for those with little to no work experience in the paintball, family entertainment, or hospitality industries. Tips are common for those that provide the highest level of service.
Higher hourly rates may be offered to individuals with documented leadership experience and work history in leadership roles, and who are also willing to take on greater responsibilities.
