Assistant Property Manager, Self-Storage Facility

Stor Place, a locally owned self-storage company, is seeking an assistant property manager for our facilities located in Williamson County. Our number one focus is to help solve our customers' storage needs. Our managers enjoy a career with a family-oriented company that encourages a balance between work and family time. Our offices close at 5:30 p.m. on weekdays, 3 p.m. on Saturday, and we are closed all day on Sunday!

Our managers enjoy a wide variety of tasks including face to face customer assistance, email and data entry as well as indoor and outdoor property inspections and clean-up. They take ownership of day to day operations including account management, sales, problem solving, and property maintenance.

No previous self-storage experience is required. Our team has a wide variety of work experience with one thing in common, a desire to be of service to others. Candidates must also have reliable transportation and be able to work day time shifts. Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:45 a.m.

- 5:30 p.m., Saturday between the hours of 8:45 a.m.

- 3 p.m.

WE ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAY!

40-hour work week, competitive salary, plus bonus, plus benefits.

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 hourly
