In addition to investment management, we offer a full suite of services to support the complexities that come with increased liquidity, including tax and estate planning, bill‑pay, and philanthropic strategy. As of October 2025, we serve more than 100 families and institutional clients across the United States and manage over $5 billion in assets under management.

• Report to the Office Manager and support a team that provides wealth management services to high‑net‑worth clients.
• Assist Investment Advisors with the daily management of client relationships.
• Complete the following daily tasks:
  • Run reporting for daily trading, transactions, money movement, and debits
  • New account opening and client onboarding process
  • Completion of daily wires, journals and check requests
  • Process alternative managers subscription documentation
  • Coordinate multiple custodial relationships for clients’ accounts
  • Collect K‑1s and 1099s during tax season only
• Organize and update the following daily:
  • Account transfer instructions for all clients
  • Maintenance of clients’ electronic and paper files
  • Daily processes and tasks related to client service
  • Information on charitable gifts made for all clients
• Add support and leverage to the client service team and Investment Advisors (as needed) to ensure:
  • Consistency in service

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience working in the financial industry or a major in business-related focus
• Series 65 license required
• Demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in solving problems and making decisions independently
• Bring strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset
• Highly motivated self‑starter with a sense of drive and enthusiasm
• Communicates effectively with excellent written and verbal skills

• Coverage on the first day of employment for medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Paid parental leave (16 weeks for primary caregiver and 8 weeks for secondary caregiver)

• Base salary of up to $70,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
