Accounts Receivable Analyst

8:00 AM- 5:00 PM, Monday–Thursday onsite | Friday remote

3 Months Contract on W2 (With possible extension)

You will be responsible for performing AR cash application into Oracle utilizing 3rd party software.

• Retrieve daily lockbox transactions and retain documentation, making direct entry of cash applications within Oracle to customer accounts.
• Download daily and monthly bank activity for all accounts, maintain tracking spreadsheets, and provide information on cash received to accounting team for posting.
• Distribute daily AR Aging reports. Provide customer service relative to AR accounts.
• Track credit memo requests and create credit memos for customer accounts as approved.
• Apply credit memos accurately to customer accounts in Oracle.
• Create proforma invoices for customer down payments, and process credit card payments utilizing 3rd party processor.
• Track orders and notify operations when down payments are received, to release orders to production.
• Perform daily cash balancing for internal and external bank accounts, and create documentation for internal controls.
• Monitor open AR, perform collection activity, and propose escalated collection activity or writeoff.
• Reconcile with intercompany partners, analyzing unpaid items and reduce outstanding internal AR.

• Experience with MRP systems and Microsoft Office Required.

• Associate’s in finance, Accounting, or Business Required
• Bachelor’s in finance, Accounting, or Business Preferred
