Pay Rate: $73,200 - $97,600

Location:

6400 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN

• Provide business analytical support to the Business Managers, Commercial Controller, and Business Leadership.
• Manage month‑end closing, reporting, and analysis of month‑end operating and financial results.
• Monitor internal controls and reporting efforts to ensure compliance with corporate and business policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Support foundational accounting activities such as BSR reviews and financial modeling (capital/profitability).
• Drive initiatives to monitor improvement and measure commercial performance via robust reporting and analytics.
• Support annual operating planning and strategic plan processes.
• Act as a business consultant to develop and standardize processes that facilitate strategic initiatives and ensure compliance.

• B.S./B.A. Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Computer software proficiency:
  Intermediate Excel, SAP, Business ERP Systems, Data Analytics Platforms, Business Intelligence & Data Warehouses, PowerPoint.
• Exposure and willingness to learn and enhance skills related to AO, Power BI, and other data analytical tools.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and company financial policies.
• Business experience involving general accounting activities, closing & reporting, analytics, and budgeting preferred.
• Experience and understanding of strategic thinking, value creation, and optimization activities is a plus.
