AOD Business Planning Advisor

Essential Functions

• Provide research, analysis, investigation, and evaluation of data in support of the program or project objectives.
• Research, interpret, identify, administer, and track division regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain expert business intelligence solutions to effectively deliver information to the division.
• Conduct evaluations and submit recommendations for long‑term strategic growth plan and requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, quantitative Business degree, or a related field of study.

Six (6) years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit or operational analysis.

Knowledge of advanced personal computer applications.

Strong analytical, human relations and communication skills.

Experience with quantitative analysis, relational databases, and/or forecasting/budgeting is preferred.

The desired location for this position is Memphis, TN. Employees will be required to work at the Fed Ex location five days a week.
