Commercial Credit Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands‑on Commercial Credit Manager to lead credit risk management and oversee a small AR/Credit team. This role is critical in protecting company assets while supporting business growth through sound credit decisions.

This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role requiring someone confident, analytical, and assertive in enforcing credit policies.

• Develop, implement, and enforce credit policies aligned with company goals
• Review and approve credit applications, assign credit limits, and make final credit decisions
• Conduct financial analysis including cash flow, credit reports, and financial statements
• Manage credit holds, collections strategy, and slow‑pay accounts
• Perform risk assessments using financial modeling and quantitative analysis
• Partner with sales teams while maintaining authority over credit decisions
• Build and maintain customer accounts in ERP system (Billtrust – training provided)
• Oversee loan processing and underwriting processes
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
