St. Jude is seeking a Financial Business Partner:
Clinical
. This position works closely with business leaders to provide financial insight, guidance, and decision support that drives performance and strategic outcomes. This role translates financial data into actionable insights, supports budgeting and forecasting, evaluates risks and opportunities, and partners with stakeholders to influence business decisions and improve results.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field of study required.
• Master's degree (preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools; experience with BI tools preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Proven performance in earlier role/comparable role.

• Plans workload for team and gives clear instructions and expectations on delivery.
• Frequently reviews work, gives positive and constructive feedback, and completes evaluations.
• Coaches and supports the development efforts of each team member.
• Ability to provide financial/ business analysis and ad‑hoc financial modeling.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and financial risk management.
• Skills to develop and implement analytical standards for reporting and modeling KPIs.
• Is able to utilize models to perform ad‑hoc analyses.
• Proactively keeps track of changing regulatory and quality standards to align processes for compliance within own area.
• Effectively monitors compliance with financial regulatory requirements and reports issues.

This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $94,640 - $169,520 per year for the role of Financial Business Partner:
Clinical.
