Compensation

• $48K base salary + commission/incentive compensation (easy six figures)

Midtown and Southaven, with a requirement to spend time working in the office with clients.

• Offer comprehensive financial planning and advice to existing State Farm customer households.
• Partner with and mentor a career agent to develop a business plan and deliver against a client service model.
• Maintain and enhance new and existing relationships through active communication, processing requests, resolving inquiries, providing guidance, and keeping key information and documentation current.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets and sound business judgment.
• Exhibit unwavering integrity that points toward doing right by clients at every opportunity.
• Demonstrate a passion for educating clients on the technology and channels available to them to better monitor, maintain, and manage their investments.
• Provide a holistic view of clients’ needs and financial coaching beyond investments.
• Understand and ensure business adherence with agency and financial industry regulatory policies.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 66, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and integrating with key partners.
• Applicants must be eligible to work lawfully in the U.S. immediately. Employer will not sponsor U.S. work authorization.
