Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:
- Developing new commercial relationships while identifying opportunities to deepen existing client partnerships
- Recommending treasury management products and services that align with each client’s business objectives.
- Working closely with bank leadership to support strategic initiatives, product offerings, pricing, and market growth.
- Preparing customized pricing proposals and profitability analyses for treasury management services.
- Leading client meetings, product presentations, and annual account reviews. Coordinating the successful implementation of treasury solutions with internal departments and external service providers.
- Providing responsive, high-quality support to commercial clients and resolving service-related issues.
- Monitoring treasury portfolios, maintaining accurate reporting, and completing research as needed.
- Following all banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal risk management procedures.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in treasury management and commercial banking with a demonstrated ability to develop business and build lasting client relationships.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of five years of treasury management sales and relationship management experience within a financial institution.
- Strong working knowledge of treasury products, commercial banking operations, account analysis, pricing, and banking systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, self-directed approach with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other banking technology platforms.
