This individual must be comfortable balancing relationship management, financial reconciliation, process improvement, and analytical problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Seeking a detail-oriented Operations/Finance Analyst with strong client management and process improvement skills to oversee commission payment operations, resolve payment discrepancies, support onboarding activities, and drive operational efficiencies for external partner accounts.
