A well-established, privately held company is seeking a high-potential finance and business leader to join its executive team as part of a planned 3-4-year CFO succession strategy.
Responsibilities- Strategic financial and business decision-making
- Enterprise risk management and insurance
- Contract and legal oversight
- Credit and financial risk
- Executive leadership and partnership with ownership
Candidates may come from corporate finance, public accounting, treasury, commercial banking/lending, strategic finance, or controllership. A CPA is a plus but not required.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on, low-ego leader with strong financial acumen, sound business judgment, and the ability to develop into a trusted advisor to ownership.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop beyond traditional finance and accounting and ultimately become a broadly involved business leader and CFO.
