Location: Memphis, TN - Hybrid Role (Onsite Tuesday/Wednesday)

Pay Range: $26

• Manage end-to-end commission payment processes for external partners with accuracy and efficiency.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies through detailed financial analysis and investigation.
• Support onboarding activities for new partner accounts, ensuring smooth integration.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and reporting.

• Experience managing financial operations such as payments, invoicing, or billing with high accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Background in finance, accounting operations, or related fields is preferred.
