This role serves as a specialized expert supporting business units and functions with divisional or functional impact financial insights and analysis. They perform complex analytical work, evaluate operational and market drivers, and provide actionable recommendations that influence divisional performance. They work with limited supervision, delivering insights that shape decisions across multiple stakeholders. This role contributes to cross-functional projects and improves processes that impact financial data quality and performance management.

At this level, the SME applies advanced analytical tools and frameworks to solve difficult financial challenges.

Accountabilities:

• Provide specialized financial advisory to business units
• Analyze complex financial data to inform decisions
• Develop forward looking forecasts and scenario models
• Support cross functional projects with analytical expertise
• Improve financial reporting and data quality processes

Minimum Education & Requirements: 5+ years
