Financial Analyst

A leading organization is seeking a Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Analyst to support financial planning, project investment tracking, fixed asset accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. This role is ideal for an early-career finance or accounting professional who enjoys analyzing data, partnering with business teams, and helping ensure capital projects remain financially on track.

• Monitoring capital project spending against approved budgets
• Preparing weekly and monthly CAPEX reporting
• Forecasting project expenditures and cash flow needs
• Supporting funding requests and budget adjustments
• Assisting with fixed asset accounting activities
• Supporting SOX controls and compliance requirements
• Analyzing and explaining financial results to stakeholders
• Partnering with finance, accounting, and operational teams

• 1 to 3+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of fixed assets, depreciation, capitalization rules, and GAAP accounting principles.
• Understanding of budget tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. [
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
