Job Description Responsible for the development and implementation of various reporting systems for revenue and expense. Leads collaboration with Finance and Business Partners to support fundraising programs, campaigns, and initiatives to ensure that divisional and organization-wide financial goals are achieved. Refines and maintains financial models and performs financial analysis to support various initiatives. Ensures timely and accurate revenue and expense tracking to assist Finance and Business Partners in forecasting and budgeting.
This position partners with marketing strategists to track financial performance of some of ALSACs most impactful marketing fundraising programs.
Requires a thorough knowledge of non-profit fundraising and experience in accounting and/or Financial Planning & Analysis. High performer displaying dependability, organizational skills and the consistent ability to follow-up and follow-through in a timely manner. Service oriented with a passion for working cross-functionally and with a high degree of written and verbal communication skills. Requires a substantial understanding of Finance and data software applications such as Hyperion/Smart View, Oracle, and Excel.
3 to 5 years of Accounting, FP&A, fundraising, or business-related experience. Bachelor's Degree.
Location & Work ArrangementThis is a hybrid position based at ALSAC's National Executive Office (NEO) in Memphis, Tennessee. Team members are expected to work a combination of on-site and remote days in accordance with organizational hybrid work guidelines.
