The working environment:
Under the authority of the head of the Municipal Police Service. He or she carries out the necessary prevention missions to maintain good order, safety, security, and public health and ensures a close relationship with the population.

The missions you will be expected to carry out in a few words:
Working on 4 days. He or she:
Applies and controls the respect of the mayor's police powers in his or her territory of intervention. Informs the public preventively of the regulations in force. Identifies sites and structures that require surveillance. Carries out îlotage missions. Regulates road traffic and ensures compliance with the road code and parking and standing regulations. Takes measures to ensure the safety of people.

Organizes prevention campaigns for children and in schools. Ensures the smooth running of public events and ceremonies. Identifies, records, and transmits offenses. Writes and transmits professional documents. Welcomes and manages relations with the public. Quickly analyzes a situation or unforeseen events. Takes identities. Intervenes in flagrante delicto and takes the offender before a judicial police officer. Coordinates with other security stakeholders in the management of a situation or offense.

Collects and disseminates the description of wanted persons. Writes and transmits professional documents. Reports crimes, offenses, or contraventions to the OPJTC. Conducts administrative investigations. Applies the modalities of intervention with at-risk populations and/or in difficult situations.

Pre-requisites:
External and internal competition with conditions of diploma and/or integration examination depending on the employment framework, third-way competition. Holder of a BCE license. THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF YOU:
Know the characteristics of the public: travelers, homeless, etc... Master the regulations of operation and security of a Municipal Police post. Have knowledge of specialized software, such as main current. Know the different codes and functioning of judicial institutions and criminal procedures. Have knowledge of armament. Know how to apply communication techniques, conflict management, mediation. You are adaptable. You are punctual and available.
