JOB SUMMARY/
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Under the supervision of the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), the Registered Nurse participates in clinical care related to large Tennessee Department of Health grant. The purpose of the grant is to establish a Mobile Health Unit (MHU) Program that delivers innovative, evidenced-based healthcare services in Dyer, Hardeman, and Haywood counties. This position assists with the delivery of care at mobile clinic sites primarily including but not limited to, providing information, assisting patients, recording medical histories, assisting with SDoH assessments, and performing preliminary assessments and physical tests.
This position drives the Mobile Health Unit, assuring daily operational logs are complete, maintaining medical supplies, inventory, and performing preventive maintenance to keep medical equipment operating.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Registered Nurse (R.N.) (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)
EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of related experience. Must have a valid Driver's License and personal vehicle insurance.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Must hold a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee. Maintain BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR or CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer certification. (CERTIFICATION REQUIRED)
