Shift: Mon‑Fri 1PM‑7PM

• Assist with personal hygiene
• Support individuals with complex behaviors and developmental goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition)
• Develop meaningful relationships with participants
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle with proof of insurance
• Communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, time‑management skills
