- Perform laboratory testing on blood cells, chemical samples, and other biological materials
- Prepare, label, and process specimens according to established SOPs
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Record and review data in compliance with GMP and GDP standards
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of samples and chemicals
- Conduct quality control checks and document results accurately
- Assist in investigations related to out-of-specification (OOS) results
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
- Follow all safety procedures, including use of PPE and chemical handling guidelines
- Support internal and external audits as required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations
- Experience handling blood samples and chemical reagents
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment (centrifuges, microscopes, pipettes, spectrophotometers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to follow SOPs and work in a regulated environment
