Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities? As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Apis Services, you will be a key player in empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals and live as independently as possible. Under the guidance of the Home Supervisor/QIDP, you will support the vision and outcomes outlined in each person's Individual Support Plan (ISP) or Person‑Centered Support Plan (PCSP), ensuring their safety and well‑being while helping them thrive in their community.

• Personal Care:
  Assist with daily hygiene (when necessary), bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Physical Support:
  Must be able to lift 50‑60 lbs as needed.
• Household Tasks:
  Prepare meals and cook as required.
• Community Engagement:
  Transport individuals within the community.
• Medication Administration: (for Community Living settings only).

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Other Requirements:
  Must be at least 18 years old. Must possess a valid driver's license from TN, AR, or MS. Candidates must also pass all required pre‑employment screenings, including criminal background checks and drug tests.
