Clinical Director

The Clinical Director leads and oversees all clinical programming, clinical team development, and therapeutic standards at Onsite in partnership with the Executive Director. This role shapes the clinical vision, ensures excellence in care delivery, and guides the evolution of our programs.

The Clinical Director plays a direct role in creating environments where individuals and families can experience deep healing, restoration, and personal breakthrough. Through thoughtful leadership, clinical integrity, and care for both clients and clinicians, this role ensures every participant is met with dignity, safety, and the highest level of therapeutic support.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the clinical team, fostering both clinical excellence and personal growth
• Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and support across therapists, interns, and facilitators
• Shape and continuously evolve Onsite’s clinical programming to meet client needs and emerging trends
• Facilitate workshops, intensives, and clinical experiences, including high-profile and specialized programming
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership, programming, and operations to deliver a seamless client experience
• Guide the development of new clinical offerings, special projects, and strategic initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with referral partners, external providers, and the broader clinical community
• Support clients and families through complex or sensitive situations with care and responsiveness
• Ensure thoughtful use and oversight of clinical systems, documentation, and program evaluation
• Contribute to the organization’s broader vision and strategy as a member of the leadership team
• Serve as a culture leader, embodying and reinforcing Onsite’s ANCHOR values across the clinical team

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
• Active licensure in the state of Tennessee (or ability to obtain within one year)
• 5+ years of leadership experience within a clinical or therapeutic environment
• Strong background in trauma-informed care
• Experience with experiential and psychodrama modalities
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop programs, and drive clinical outcomes
