RN-Lead Patient Flow Coordinator; Johnson , TN

The Patient Flow Coordinator Team Lead oversees hospital bed management and patient throughput, working closely with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely patient placement.

• Manage bed assignment workflows, staff coverage, and elevate issues when necessary.
• Support and educate team members on workflows, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and placements based on acuity and capacity, utilizing real-time dashboards.
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize patient flow, monitor metrics, and address delays.
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with regulations, and high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Promote teamwork, morale, and a professional environment within the call center and hospital units.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree (RN or LPN) with 5 years clinical experience. This shift is overnight, with rotating weekends, no travel required.
