Senior Risk Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Risk Manager.

Key Responsibilities Create and maintain documentation and data regarding patient harm or risks to support clinical risk management initiatives Implement strategies to mitigate patient harm and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Design and implement educational programs on risk reduction measures and collaborate with Legal Services on remedial measures post-adverse events

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Master's degree in relevant fields preferred Risk Management credentials preferred or to be obtained within 1 year of hire 4-5 years of experience in healthcare risk management or professional liability claims preferred 4-5 years of experience working with the public to resolve disputes preferred
