Seven Healthcare is excited to present a rewarding Travel Home Health Registered Nurse opportunity in Cordova, Tennessee. This assignment offers a weekly blended rate of $2,240, based on five 8‑hour day shifts. This role is ideal for an RN who excels in autonomy, time management, and providing compassionate, patient‑centered care in the home setting.

• Conduct in‑home assessments to evaluate medical needs, environment, and safety
• Develop individualized care plans and coordinate with providers
• Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and skilled nursing interventions
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and family caregivers
• Document visits accurately and submit timely EMR updates
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self‑care
• Prioritize visits and manage mileage/time efficiently
• Ensure continuity of care through communication and follow‑up

• Active Tennessee RN license or compact eligibility
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience (required by most facilities)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between patients’ homes
