Caregiver Position

• Auto insurance in your name
• Valid drivers license
• Social security card, birth certificate, or passport

Requirements:

• Must drive and have your own vehicle (no Uber/Lyft)
• 18 years of age or older
• Pass Background Check and Drug Screen
• 1 year minimum experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia Care

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Prepare meals and ensure proper hydration
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities
• Help with light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, tidying
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings
• Monitor client health and safety, report changes to family or healthcare providers
• Document care provided and maintain communication with family or care team
• Respond to emergencies following care plans

Pay: $14-16 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
