Establish standards and procedures for housekeeping staff; plan work schedules; inspect and evaluate conditions; coordinate repairs and space.;
Develop and implement training programs to prepare Associates to clean rooms per standards; increase productivity; reduce turnover.;
Coach housekeeping leaders to align with Big Cedar culture and drive business objectives; maintain high service levels and morale.;
Interview, hire, train, assess performance, reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.
