Guest Service Representative – Hampton Inn & Suites, Memphis, TN.
Front Desk Associate responsibilities include all aspects of Guest Relations including the check‑in/out process, handling all inquiries, making or modifying reservations, recommending things to do and places to eat, plus any other actions that can improve the guest's stay. You will also be required to occasionally clean or assist other departments as needed. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.
The right candidate must be willing to work flexibly without restricted days/shifts.

Required

- High School Diploma or GED
- AA or Bachelor's Degree
- Work experience in Customer Service in the Hospitality Field
- Experience with hotel operation systems
