We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant team and continue delivering the memorable dining experiences that have made Tug's a favorite among hotel guests and local patrons alike.

What You'll Do:

As the Restaurant General Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of Tug's Casual Grill while partnering with hotel leadership to ensure operational excellence and outstanding guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead all daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional service and food quality standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented workplace culture.
• Manage labor, food, beverage, and operating costs to achieve financial goals.
• Monitor scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating memorable dining experiences.
• Partner with hotel leadership on special events, promotions, and initiatives that drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

We're looking for a hospitality professional who brings:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a General Manager or Assistant General Manager role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop successful teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including labor management, cost controls, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Wine, beer, and spirits knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
