Landing is seeking a Memphis-based Market Operations role to own a segment of our property portfolio. You will oversee reservations across Landing, Airbnb, , manage member experience from booking to checkout, and build partner relationships with property and housekeeping teams.
You’ll report to the Hub Manager, work in a fast-paced environment, and help drive market KPIs such as NPS and CSAT while scaling operations as Landing grows in multiple markets.
