Purpose:

** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HRIS systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to organizational success through effective HR practices, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The Human Resources Specialist will utilize a broad range of HR tools and systems, including Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP Success Factors, and others, to support various HR functions.
* Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
* Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
* Maintain compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, HIPAA standards, and other relevant legal requirements.
* Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality; serve as a point of contact for employee concerns
* Manage workers' compensation claims and facilitate regulatory reporting requirements.
* Utilize HRIS systems like Workday, ADP and or Harri for data analysis and reporting purposes.
* Collaborate with management on HR policies related to employment law and company standards; prepare reports on HR metrics for leadership review.
