The Job You Will Perform:
- Provide recruiting support to assigned recruiter(s) assisting with job posting, screening, scheduling interviews and travel.
- Assist with correspondence to candidates, HR and hiring managers
- Initiate and manage pre-employment assessment screenings
- This position reports to the Business Talent Acquisition Leader or Team Lead
- Develop high-level understanding of IP business and offerings
The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:
- 1-2 years of administrative support experience in an HR environment
- Previous recruiting experience is a plus
- Proficiency with various job boards, recruiting tools and ATS is a plus
- Action Oriented, Customer Focus, Interpersonal Skills, Dealing with Ambiguity, Time Management and Organizational Skills
