Schedule: 3rd Shift / M-F 10:30 PM–6:30 AM

At Openwork, our Onsite Managers are responsible for keeping staffing operations running smoothly at one of our larger client accounts. You’ll work directly with the client and our employees, manage day-to-day onsite needs, and make sure we’re delivering on our commitments.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working with people, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage day-to-day staffing operations at a large client account, including employee check-in, attendance, reporting, and general onsite support
  • Serve as the primary recruiter for the account, working with the local branch when additional recruiting support is needed
  • Build strong relationships with both client contacts and employees working onsite
  • Handle employee questions, concerns, and day-to-day issues and work to resolve them quickly
  • Oversee the hiring and onboarding process to ensure company and client requirements are met
  • Complete weekly compliance checks, including background checks, drug screens, I-9s, and E-Verify
  • Maintain accurate employee and account information in our systems
  • Track performance and staffing KPIs to make sure goals and client expectations are being met
  • Gather employee referrals and help maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Identify opportunities to grow the account and increase our staffing presence
  • Participate in client meetings and quarterly business reviews and help communicate account results
  • Partner with the branch team and attend branch huddles, including at least one in-person huddle each week
  • Assist with hiring and training internal team members supporting the account
  • Assist with onsite financial goals and collections as needed
  • Provide a weekly summary of account activity, staffing, and performance to your manager
What We’re Looking For
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Comfortable working onsite and on an overnight schedule
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Dependable and comfortable working independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm when things get busy
  • Comfortable working directly with both clients and employees
  • Previous staffing, recruiting, operations, customer service, or people-management experience is a plus
