Bilingual Onsite Representative - Part-Time
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Bilingual Onsite Representative to join our team! This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable using a computer and social media, and wants to gain experience in staffing and recruiting.

* No staffing experience is required - we will train the right person!**

* Schedule:
** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-2:00 PM
*
* Hours:
** Part-Time | 6-hour shifts
What You’ll Do
- Assist employees and applicants with questions and daily needs
- Communicate with employees in both English and Spanish
- Help with employee check-ins, attendance, and basic onsite coordination
- Assist with recruiting and contacting potential candidates
- Create and share job opportunities through social media
- Enter and update information using a computer
- Help maintain employee records and basic documentation
- Communicate professionally with our internal team and client
- Provide general administrative and staffing support as needed
What We’re Looking For

* Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
** and able to communicate comfortably in both languages - Basic computer skills required
- Comfortable using Facebook and other social media platforms
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Organized and able to multitask
- Comfortable interacting with different people throughout the day
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

* Staffing/recruiting experience is a plus, but NOT required
