The Staffing Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based with most responsibilities and tasks being handled in the office and some being performed at the client's worksite. This role is responsible for:

• Post. update, and maintain job openings on various job boards
• Receive and fill open orders
• Build and maintain availability list
• The Staffing Coordinator will interact regularly with internal team.
• Manage time keeping system daily and making sure total daily and weekly hour totals are correct. This is accomplished by correcting missed punches, mispunches, and verifying missed shifts.
• Very little responsibility required for payroll
• Required to perform check-ins for new starts
• Maintain and update ATS
• Communicate any needs you may have
• Perform new hire and safety orientations

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, candidates, and team members.
• Relevant skills include attention to detail, organizational and time management abilities, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems or HR software.
• Additional qualifications that are beneficial include prior experience in staffing or HR coordination, knowledge of basic employment practices, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

• Office hours are Mon
  - Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
• This is staffing, so some after hour return calls are to be expected

• Starting pay is $20- $25 an hour
• Monthly bonus incentive based upon assignment headcounts

TKO Staff Pros LLC has been in the Memphis market for three years. While we have enjoyed success, we are not at the billing level we should be.
