Own the global strategy, governance, and execution of Fed Ex's Join & Grow experience for the executive employee population (Director and above), ensuring a seamless, personal, and high-impact journey. Drive alignment across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Business Partners to enable workforce readiness, accelerate productivity, and improve retention outcomes at scale.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Define and lead the enterprise Executive Join & Grow strategy, integrating executive recruiting, onboarding, development, and succession into a future-focused approach
Develop an understanding of key factors impacting talent needs (e.g., market factors, competitors, industry benchmarks, business strategy) to forecast short-term and long-term supply and demand, and incorporate findings into sourcing and recruiting strategy
Design and deliver enterprise leadership development strategies for executives (Director and above), including onboarding, transitions, and ongoing development experiences
Work with People & Org Strategy to support succession planning and pipeline development for critical executive roles, ensuring robust, ready-now and future-ready leadership benches
Support People & Org Strategy in performance tracking and reporting mechanisms across the executive employee lifecycle
Provide trusted advisory to leaders on executive talent decisions, including hiring, promotions, development, and transitions
Act as the senior escalation point for Executive Join & Grow challenges, mitigating risks and ensuring resolution across global teams
Perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

10 years' experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Onboarding, HR COEs, or related HR functional areas
Proven experience leading executive-level talent functions (e.g., executive recruiting, succession planning, leadership development)
Demonstrated experience designing and scaling enterprise-wide employee experience strategies for senior leaders

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Expertise in executive assessment methodologies, external benchmarking, and leadership evaluation
Proven ability to build credibility and trust with senior leaders, providing confident, informed, and influential guidance on high-stakes talent decisions
Experience designing integrated executive talent systems, including succession pipelines and leadership development frameworks that ensure a strong, future-ready leadership bench
Demonstrated alignment and mobilization of senior stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and the business to deliver a cohesive executive experience
Has managed executive programs as evolving products, continuously refining based on feedback, outcomes, and changing business needs.
Experience designing and delivering impactful leadership development experiences that accelerate executive capability, readiness, and long-term performance.

This position will be hybrid in Plano, TX, Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a Fed Ex office location up to several times per week.
