MD Talent Development & Learning Strategy

Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Fed Ex's global Grow program, ensuring scalable, high-impact learning experiences that support frontline, operational, and corporate employees. Act as a key partner to HR and business leaders to align learning strategies with enterprise priorities, operational excellence, and workforce capability needs.

• Oversee the design and delivery of comprehensive learning programs across Fed Ex functions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational priorities
• Partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to identify capability gaps and define learning strategies that support workforce readiness and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, goals, and objectives aligned with organizational learning strategies
• Provide strategic guidance and direction in designing, implementing, and administrating effective learning programs that address the specific requirements of each function, workforce type, and/or region while aligning with Fed Ex global standards
• Review learner program effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback loops, and data analytics, driving continuous improvement
• Serve as the escalation point for learning challenges, resolving issues in collaboration with internal, cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors
• Manage relationships with external vendors and learning partners to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and consistent solutions across One Fed Ex
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches and technologies into program design

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

• Ten (10) years' experience in learning strategy, talent development, workforce capability building or related HR experience in a global organization

• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale learning programs across diverse employee populations (e.g., frontline, operational, corporate)

• Experience leading teams and managing enterprise-wide L&D initiatives

• Expertise in learning strategy, program design, and large-scale delivery within complex, global organizations

• Proven experience leading L&D initiatives in operationally intensive environments (e.g., logistics, supply chain, frontline workforce)

• Strong ability to align learning programs with business strategy and workforce capability needs

• Experience with digital learning platforms, and enterprise learning technologies

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams
