Technical Recruiter

Auto Nation is seeking a Contract IT / Technical Corporate Recruiter to support Corporate Talent Acquisition. This onsite role in Tennessee will lead full-cycle technical recruiting across IT, Technology, and Digital organizations within a fast-paced, matrixed structure.

• Own end-to-end recruiting across multiple teams within IT, Technology, and Digital organizations.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines by proactively mapping the market and engaging passive talent before requisitions open.
• Manage recruiting volume for multiple simultaneous openings, with average 15 to 25 active requisitions
  , adjusting approach based on role complexity and business priority.
• Partner with department leaders, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to confirm hiring needs and create proactive pipeline plans.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS, CRM platforms, job boards, social media, and direct outreach
  .
• Support a strong candidate experience through timely, thoughtful communication at each stage of the process.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Workday ATS and CRM tools to support data integrity and reporting.
• Provide flexible support to other departments and Field Talent Acquisition teams as business needs evolve.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment or agency setting supporting large enterprise clients.
• Working proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter
  , and CRM systems.
• Demonstrated success hiring for technical and corporate roles across diverse functions.
• Ability to sustain quality, speed, and stakeholder confidence while managing high requisition volume.
• Strong capabilities in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
• Experience operating effectively in a matrixed organization, including engaging executives and senior business leaders.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and a collaborative approach to support shifting priorities across business units.
