Position Overview
Responsible for designing solutions to provide consistent enterprise security, collaborating to fortify security infrastructure. Provide technical leadership in the review of security policy changes, development and implementation of solutions to mitigate risks, leading incident response, managing technical documentation, researching security threats, and proactively monitoring security infrastructure.
- Ensure consistent state across the enterprise by supporting business and Service Provider activities utilizing Identity and Access Management platforms.
- Lead close collaboration with business and Service Provider representatives to provide both preventative and proactive support, thereby fortifying the security infrastructure.
- Review requested security policy changes to in-scope security infrastructure, provide recommendations to management for approval and implementation using internal job aids.
- Develop and implement enterprise security solutions to mitigate information systems risks and vulnerabilities, configuring and analyzing security tools and software.
- Manage and review technical and operational documentation of in-scope security systems to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
- Research attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security and designs countermeasures.
- Assess and monitor in-scope security infrastructure and respond to operational alerts from the monitoring system, proactively identifying potential security issues.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Aurora, Bolingbrook, Chicago Heights, Des Plaines, Elmhurst, Forest View, Joliet, Schaumburg, Summit-Argo, Zion $103,880 - $181,790
New York Pay Ranges:
Plattsburgh, Buffalo, Watertown, North Chili, East Syracuse, Nichols $103,880 - $181,790;

- Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- Seven (7) years of experience in information technology or Network Security.
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and network.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical and consulting skills, project management capability.
- Knowledge of IDaas, PAM, IGA, RKI and directory services AD, OUD, and Entral
