Build and lead the infrastructure backbone that powers billions in channel marketing. As the IT Network and Infrastructure Manager, you'll have direct responsibility for ACB's entire IT infrastructure—servers, networks, virtualization, storage, and backup systems. You'll provide strategic leadership while maintaining hands-on involvement in critical projects, mentor a talented infrastructure and security team, and ensure ACB's infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure.
WhatYou'll Do Leadership & Strategic Planning
- Hire, train, and lead IT Infrastructure and Security personnel
- Conduct performance appraisals and facilitate professional development
- Design and maintain enterprise infrastructure architecture including server, network, storage, and virtualization layers
- Develop multi-year infrastructure roadmap aligned with business growth
- Collaborate closely with IT Development Manager to ensure alignment
- Oversee Windows Server environments (2003, 2008, 2012, 2016/2019/2022) including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Manage VMware ESXi infrastructure (7.x, 8.x) including vCenter, HA, FT, and DRS
- Plan and execute server hardware refreshes, OS upgrades, and VMware upgrades
- Design and maintain enterprise network architecture including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
- Manage network switching infrastructure (Cisco, Aruba, Dell) and firewall infrastructure (Forti Gate)
- Manage enterprise storage systems including HPE Alletra/Nimble (iSCSI), SAN, and NAS (Synology)
- Oversee backup infrastructure including Veeam, disk backup, tape libraries, and cloud backup
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans
- Conduct annual disaster recovery testing and implement infrastructure redundancy
- Maintain on-call status for infrastructure issues; serve as escalation point
- Monitor infrastructure health through monitoring tools (Zabbix) and alerting systems
- Implement capacity management program and forecast future infrastructure needs
- Manage relationships with infrastructure vendors (Dell, HP, Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Microsoft)
- Ensure infrastructure operations comply with SOC 1 and SOC 2
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 7 years
in IT infrastructure with
at least 3 years in leadership/management - Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead technical teams
- Windows Server:Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Power Shell
- Virtualization:Expertise in VMware ESXi 7.x/8.x, vCenter, vMotion, HA/DRS/FT
- Network Equipment:Cisco switches, layer 2/3 switching, VLANs, routing protocols
- Firewalls:Forti Gate firewalls, firewall policies, NAT, VPN
- Storage:HPE Alletra/Nimble (iSCSI), SAN/NAS technologies (Synology), backup systems (Veeam), cloud backup
- Network Fundamentals:TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- VMware: VCP, VCAP
- Cisco: CCNA, CCNP
- Security:
Security+, CISSP
- Experience with SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix)
- Technical depth with strategic vision
